2. How can I get a sample to check your quality? |
| We will provide you our existing sample to check our quality, but shipping cost need to paid by your side. . You can choose sample order of 5pcs only. 3. How long can I expect to get the sample? |
| After you pay the sample charge and artwork approval, the samples will be ready for delivery in 2-3 days. The samples will be sent to you via express, it is ok to use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account. Or,you can choose photo proof option. |
| 4. What kind of files do you accept for printing? PDF, Core Draw, Adobe Illustrator, eps. 5. Can you do the design for us? Try to DIY your own productions via our system,it's funny,hope you can enjoy it. If you have your finished design already,please just upload and send to us. 6. Can I order multiple colors of lanyard? Yes, you can order multiple colors. Please note there is no additional charge for ordering multiple product colors with the same artwork and imprint color and you will receive the price break for the total quantity. However, if you would like two different imprint colors additional charges may apply. 7. What kind of logo method are the regular technology for the lanyard? Silk screen printing, dye sublimated printing, woven, jacquard, etc. 8. What is your terms of delivery? We are doing EXW+shipping cost now,you can choose the delivery date and pay via system. Then just wait for you parcel. 9. Are you factory or business company? We are lanyard /keychains manufacturer base on China since 2013. 10. How about the Certificates for the products? SGS, REACH, CE etc. |
